The “she dressed like that so she was asking for it” tone and tenor of this answer does not reassure me. How about regulatory oversight and placing the ethical burden on the provider? This move fast and break things, all progress is good mindset is exhausting at best when it’s pretty obvious that no one in charge gives the slightest flying fuck about the implications beyond automating jobs and enriching themselves. You might, but I have very little faith in executives much less the general public.

Jesus christ, I'm an idiot and forgot that we totally have that here.

Alright, to try to salvage this, do you have any insight or feelings about how it's regulated in other countries vs. here? I know in Japan it's fairly restricted in terms of clientele, but also remarkably common and relatively inexpensive.

Not related to the prompt, but have you ever been tempted to move to the Netherlands or Japan where sex work is effectively legal and regulated?

Edit: I know it's damn near impossible to emigrate to Japan, but I have seen places advertising American/Western European women there, so there must be some route.
