It is my understanding that in North Korea though freedom of religion is written in the constitution, de facto religion is discouraged (in line with the atheist/Juche ideology) and the state goes as far as abducting religious people (like missionaries, priests, pastors) and abusing human rights on the faithful. Also, on wikipedia there is written that the "Catholic Church in North Korea" is in fact controlled by the government. If this is the Church you are referring to, what can you tell us about it? (If it isn't that Church, can you please talk about the one you wrote your thesis on?)
Also, what do you mean by "relationship between healthcare and Christianity"?
