I'm not entirely sure that you can answer this but...

My dad lived in England for the first 30 years of his life, then moved over to the U.S. When he met my mum and had me. He passed away and I'd love to live in the UK a while to feel closer to him.

Can I still get a UK passport/have the opportunity to work in the UK? I am in my late 20s so it might be too late...

I have read the websites pertaining to citizenship, but it was unclear to me, so any information you can give me is welcome!
