It is awesome to work there! The first night I ever worked there we let people come up to the dj for as long as we could. Something I have rarely heard happens. It was that night I truly realized security exists to keep everyone happy at the cost of nobody's safety. The head of security is probably the reason for this; his whole style is much different than anything I've seen around in Scottsdale. A huge emphasis on communication prevents the start of most conflicts in the club. Which I myself have dealt with at dark, loud, crowded bars lol.
