Where is the best deal for a GoPro 3+?

Thanks. Found a open box discount at Best Buy for a 3+ a couple weeks ago but lost it in the ocean. The fact that you can control everything and watch through iPhone app is amazing. The clamp is also totally worth it. Love wirecutter!
