Any advice for a cs student that's interested in cryptography but doesn't know how to get into it?

codecademy is really bad if you actually want to learn. It is good for learning syntax and nothing more- it just does not dive deep enough to give you meaningful knowledge for developing software. It can give you a "feel" for programming if you don't even know what programming is- but that's probably its best usage.

I would take Harvard's CS50 course instead if you are serious about learning. Codecademy can be okay if you do their overly simple tutorials and then do tons of projects to further your knowledge of what codecademy covers- but if most of your learning is done outside the website why bother using it in the first place?

Since you're big on YouTube, what other YouTube eaters do you know/ interact with? I know you mentioned la beast on your Q&A and shoenice posed a challenge to you. You did a main show with wreckless eating. Are there any others? Love your channel btw

What ideas learned work well through the story you tell in the essay and which ones don't?

Im writing my a story about a kid named Story (lol). I met him through a religious mission trip and he taught me a lot about love and determination and everything. He's still my penpal. I was just wondering since he was a kid if there's anything about my story I should avoid or any lessons I learned that I should avoid writing about. Thanks!
