Love you folks!

I would like to strongly recommend (request really) a review of the best sleep trackers/monitors. This seems to become more of it's own category but it is hard to tell which one might work best as companies don't really say all that much about how they work or their accuracy (being able to differentiate REM sleep stage from general light/deep etc).

Sounds like you might be leaning towards consciousness being an emergent phenomena. Do you have any thoughts about panpsychism?
