How many medical errors do you think you endured? Not the fatal type, obviously, but surgeries done incorrectly, missed diagnosis, medication errors, etc?

And ulcerations of the stomach lining? It's a ridiculous thing to tell someone who needs a long-term therapy.

Isn't that the truth? So you read the CDC's paper? Mindfulness, NSAIDS, and Tylenol? Two drugs more toxic than morphine? Exactly how will mindfulness work for my crushed spinal nerves?

It has never affected me in 10 years of pain management. Careful, thoughtful, experienced pain management, including medication, has not caused me harm, but saved my life. And I've attended full-time pain management services, used mindfulness, biofeedback, endless PT, conditioning, acupuncture, massage, nerve blocks, ablations, etc.

Don't forget how much these services cost and how much time it can take from your life. It can cost us upwards of $15,000 a year to pursue those resources, which are often not covered by insurance. I have a job and a family to raise. I can't make these sessions the majority of my day - I just don't have that luxury.

So..are you saying you have a 100% effectiveness rate and that every patient that comes through your clinic manages their crushed spinal nerves with your methods? Because if you can guarantee it, I'll come. Otherwise, my very experienced and careful doctor has helped me find a low dose regimen that I've been on for years.
