Yeah my dad had a relatively simple double bypass and had a stroke months later. The surgeries, treatments, and drugs bankrupted them. So I feel you.

It doesn't get better the higher you go, trust me. It is just more pressure and more visibility on your failures with no rewards for your successes, you know, typical IT.
