a technician had advised me to buy all new equipment because the malware was tough to remove.

Your technician is a moron.

You would think that about a lot of jobs where safety is key. I'm an emergency physician. This week I'm working 7a-3p, then 3p-11p next day, then 10p-7a next 2 days, then 3p-11p again the day after my last shift getting home at 7a, then I'm off for a day. Then more random nonsense.

It's... Suboptimal.

What that means is that it only works if your problem is because the tube leading out of your liver is blocked. Then you can just replace that tube. The problem is that op likely has blockages in the tubes INSIDE the liver. The only way to replace those tubes is to replace the entire liver.

Not OP, but a physician. I've always chosen protamine for this question.

Quick background: Heparin is a medicine that prevents blood clots from forming and has all sorts of medical uses. If you accidentally get too much heparin or if you have a large bleeding reaction to it, we can give you protamine to reverse it.

Protamine comes from salmon sperm.
