Everything you've said read's like it came from Teflon's own "in-depth internal review of the matter". Unless you have a peer-reviewed study or an AMA from the scientists looking into it?

My supervisor was so green that I used to have to direct her on how to appropriately deal with many situations (having been in management myself). I agree with you in that repeated and imposed high-stress situations over and over and over again should qualify as traumatizing, especially when we were advised to protect the bottom line over actually helping the person directing their anger and abuse at us. I worked in customer service for 20 years before I worked there and always had the ability to do what was right... but at this telcom, my hands were tied, making everything that much worse. I appreciate your reply and your time.
